Your game version shouldn’t crash now! If this doesn’t work, please feel free to reply and I’ll see if I can help any more.Implementation "re:core:$core_version" Make sure you are not clicking the installation that is called ‘Latest Release’! Hover your mouse over it and click play on the right. Once this is done, you should see a new installation that is named ‘Minecraft 1.16.2’ and has a furnace as its image. You can leave the game directory and resolution blank. Then select the version that is corrupt for you and click ‘Create’ (in the bottom right). I would suggest naming it ‘Minecraft 1.16.2’ (replace the 1.16.2 with the version that is corrupt), and for the version, click it and a drop-down menu should appear. Then, you will see a page that will ask for the name, version, game directory, and version of your new installation.

To fix this you will need to switch to the ‘Installations’ tab (on the top) and click the plus sign with ‘New.’ on it (in the top left). If not, just replace it with your version.) (In this example, I am assuming that the corrupt version is 1.16.2. If it does not, then your version is corrupted! To know if it is, run another version that isn’t the one constantly crashing, and see if it crashes as well. If it is just 1.16.2 (or any other version), it might be a corrupted game installation.

If this is the case, you may need to remove the mods one by one and run the game to see which mod could be causing this. If it’s a Forge API version, it could be a mod that is causing the crashes.
